  Eligibility and limitation
  TimeToSignOff’s « Sign Up to TimeToSignOff – Win 2 tickets to see U2 on July 20th at New Meadowlands Stadium » Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents living in New York State, who are twenty-one years of age or older as of June 14th, 2011, with access to the internet at all time during the Giveaway Period (as defined below) and subsequent prize-award period (as defined below). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for TimeToSignOff Inc, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, judging or promoting the Sweeptakes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility upon request prior to prize award. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person entered into the Sweepstakes, the Entry will be deemed to be the person whose name the membership is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth below are void. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory, or Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, failed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified.
  Sweepstake period
  The Sweepstake entry period begins at 12:01 a.m Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 14th, 2011, 2011 and ends as 11:59 p.m ET on July 10th, 2011 (The “Sweepstake Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
  How to enter and win
  This Sweepstakes may only be entered by Internet, during the Sweepstakes period. To be eligible to win, you must sign up to the TimeToSignOff newsletter during the Sweepstakes period. You can sign up filling the Register Form on the TimeToSignOff’s website (http://timetosignoff.com) or on the TimeToSignOff’s Facebook tab (http://www.facebook.com/TimetoSignOff#!/TimetoSignOff?sk=app_166006790105686). ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
  Conditions
  Each entrant by entering the Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions; [2] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged; [3] the Releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in the Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [4] The Winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor by Winner of an unconditional right to use winner’s name and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes; [5] in the event of viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, national emergency, accident, fire, strikes, or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to such time of cancellation, modification, termination or suspension; [6] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the winner; [7] any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited [8] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.
  Prize
  The Prize is two tickets to see U2 on July 20th at the New Meadowlands Stadium (NJ). Upon verification as set forth above, the Prize will be sent to the Winner within 5 days of verification. The Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. No substitution allowed, unless elected by Sponsor at its own discretion.
  Determination of winner
  At the close of the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted before July, 13th, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by TimeToSignOff, Inc., whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this promotion. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. After the Winner is chosen, Sponsor shall send him notification via e-mail which shall also include a request for Winner’s shipping address and a copy of a valid ID. The Winner must respond to his winner notification e-mail within seven days or he will be disqualified. Winner must supply their shipping address to be eligible to receive the Prize. Upon response, Sponsor shall then verify whether Winner is in good standing with Sponsor’s Web Site. Upon verification as set forth herein, the Prize will be delivered to the Winners within 7 days after verification. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] the return of any notice as undeliverable; [2] potential winner’s failure to respond to Sponsor’s notification within seven (7) days of receipt and [3] any other non-compliance of the Rules. In the event of disqualification, a new winner will be chosen subject to the same procedure set forth above. Winner will be announced on July, 13th of 2011.
